Our company Bez brige d.o.o is the leading property management agency in southern and central Istria and we are located in Pula. The areas that we cover in Istria include the coastal village of Medulin, Fazana, Pula, Premantura, Liznjan, Peroj, Pomer and Rovinj. We also cover up to and including the Sv lovrec area in central Istria.

We are here to meet and greet your guests and we offer a 24 hours service for them while they are staying at your Istrian property giving you peace and mind and giving your guest a relaxing vacation. We are here for all key holding and key exchanges for your Istrian property.

We take care of all the cleaning and laundry duties in the property and prepare it for either your next visit or additional guests.
