One you have found  and purchased your Istrian real estate you will need to arrange insurance for the property. We deal with several insurance companies in Istria and for our Istria property management clients  we can arrange  insurance for your property. Insurance policies  do vary and we can arrange the basic 3rd party fire and theft and fully comprehensive insurance for you, your guests and the property.

 As your property management agency in Istria we will contact and deal with any insurance claims you may have. This includes helping your guest complete and fill out any insurance claim forms and police crime reports should they be unfortunate to require it.  

We will liaise with the insurance company and arrange for an insurance assessor to view the property and to view any damage that the property has sustained. Once the insurance claim has been settled we will arrange quotes and for repair work to be carried out.
